Claire Tidswell M.Ost

Claire qualified with a Masters Degree in Osteopathy from Oxford Brookes University. She started working as an osteopath in Northampton but decided to move back closer to home in Somerset, she has since worked in Taunton and the Bristol area.

Claire offers high quality diagnosis, hands-on treatment and follow-up advice to her patients. She has treated a wide variety of problem in adults of varying ages and walks of life and enjoys helping them recover. She is particularly interested in sports injuries and has gained experience working with Oxford University's Rugby team and Oxford MCCU Cricket Clubs.

In her leisure time, she enjoys keeping fit at the gym and swimming. She also has a keen interest in nutrition and enjoys cooking healthy meals and snacks.

Claire will use various techniques such as soft tissue massage, stretches, manipulation and kinesio-taping to help you on your road to recovery. She looks forward to meeting you at the clinic and is keen to help you.
